the teeth kind

Do you have them? Have you ever had them? Are you taking them off next week, next year, next month? What color(s) are you braces if you have them? Were you making out with your boyfriend/girlfriend who also had braces and you two got stuck together?

I have never had braces, and I will mostly likely never have them. My teeth are pretty straight naturally; although, I do have a bit of an overbite. I also think braces make people look adorable. :''D I don't know why, they're just so cute to me.

I had them in 4th or 5th grade. Very painful. ;-; People with naturally straight teeth are lucky. D:

i recently got mine off a few weeks ago. so far, it feels amazing even though i sorta miss them.

My teeth being straight has been one of the only physical things that's been okay with me. :P

Almost a year ago I got mine off.

I have dem right now THEY SUCK. i will be glad to get these damn things off NO MORE ORTHODONTIST FOR ME YEAHHHHH i very much so hate people who touch my mouth. i just leave them silver now. used to get colors, but i stopped wanting them. i think i'm getting them off at the end of this year, or beginning of next. my ortho said 16-18 months and i got them on last june.

AND YES THEY ARE PAINFUL AS HELL THE FIRST 2 WEEKS dear god you can't eat ANYTHING. it's like all of your teeth are loose, but you can't pull the tooth out. i had them on a really short time compared to a lot of people, but that's because they waited to put mine on.

haha...yeah...I have braces...I will get them off in may, but I don't smile in pictures because of those dang things. Lol i'm weird like that

I had them for a few years. They were the generic silver. I've never had a boyfriend to make out with, so I can't answer that last question.

Funny thing is that they wanted me to have braces for a few years, then break my jaw during surgery because my mouth is so fucked up.

lol. I still wish i had braces. for some reason i just want to see what i look like in them. xD

I have them on top and bottom, got them recently actually. They're pink and yellow right now and they're to be on for 2 and a half years. :T I'm ok with them, and they're comfortable now.

My teeth were aching for a week because I have a wire connecting the top, so it was real sore. But now it's calm and I can actually chew harder than I could when I first got it in. But it still hurts to bite down hard.

I haven't made out with someone else who has them though. I plan on trying though. :0

Now I have to get them again because I never put my retainer on, and so two of them are crooked again, but you can't tell.

But that's mainly because my wisdom teeth push all my teeth forward, and I have to get them pulled in June. -slight fear-

I haven't had things off my teeth since I was about 9 years old. I had braces twice, the last time for 3 and a half years, and I have a retainer now because I had some teeth out (even though i don't have enough in the first place!) Oh well at least the retainers can be taken out for photos

They hurt like fuck when I first got them for about 1 week or more. I could barely eat anything (except rice and stuff) that week. So people getting braces, BEWARE!

I just got mine 'tightened' yesterday. My dentist always loves pulling on my mouth and it hurts. Baaaawwwww.

I'm also getting them after I start high school which is horrible. I would love to just go to high school with perfect teeth and everything.

I LOVE MY BRACES! The only time they hurt was when my dentist was changing the elastics and he's a bit rough. Other than that it's been SMOOTH SAILIN'! Getting mine off in a few months. Bah, retainers.

I had braces two different times over the course of about six years, starting in third grade (got them off between ninth and tenth grade). It really, really sucked. I was supposed to have a bar behind my four front teeth to keep them in place after braces/retainer, but because my orthodontist is a complete MORON, half the bar fell off and they did nothing about it. fffff

I had my braces for four years and barely got them off Tuesday of this week! Its so fun to feel my teeth with my tongue and EAT NORMALLY!! Lol. I dont have to cover my mouth when I'm finished eating cause I know there is no food in my icky metal braces. Your lucky you will never have to have them... They are evil little buggers...

I had them from 6th grade to 9th grade, the classic generic silver kind, and they were the metallic spawn of Satan while I had them. I always had black and gold bands on mine except one time (that time was purple and green because the Hardyz were in the TLC match at Summerslam; damn I feel old because most people probably don't remember that.).

Most painful thing I ever had to go through, and I've sprained my ankle, broken a finger, and had my wisdom teeth taken out.

...What made it worse is I had to have a baby tooth extracted from the roof of my mouth. While I had braces.

Believe you me, if you're wanting braces, I hope you have a high tolerance for pain.

Actually, thinking about it -- I might get them back. I want the perfect Hollywood-smile, and my dentist was talking about how people get the impression when you first open your mouth, and the lining of your teeth, etc. And he wants to bring one of my teeth down some fraction of a fraction of an inch so when I open my mouth, it's perfect or something. Any which way, I'd need to wear braces again for 3 or so months.

But I am not too sure if I am going to go through with it. I might later in life, however.

It's because I sucked my thumb until I was about 7 years old so I have an overbite.

I have braces. They're not fun. -_- I get them off in a month (I hope...) My braces are currently light blue. (They look a LOT better then you think)

Haha, I've never gotten them stuck to anything / anyone. :P
