Okay, so I need a pet overlay for my Egg Tart :D

Egg Tart is basically a panda playing around in a giant egg tart. She is my Chinese pet so feel free to incorporate Chinese themes into it.

My budget for this is 2-3mil. It has to be a complete re-draw not just a pet edit. Please post samples or links to them. I'll personally make a commission if I'm interested :)
