Is it the one done from your menu or from your keyboard?

In general I am extremely annoyed by this, I had Events coded so that they would show up on the right side of the screen where there is lots of room. Since they were off to the side, I could ignore them at my leisure.

So... This may be a lame question, but what's the difference between F5 and cntrl F5?

CTRL + F5 is holding down the Control button and hitting F5, performing a hard refresh. A hard refresh forces the browser to call all the information new from the server, instead of relying on cached images like a regular refresh.
