I was wondering, if a user hasnt been there for 9 month would their username be cleared 3 months later?

After 12 months of absence an inactive account theoretically is ready to be cleared however it won't happen automatically; we have to wait until Keith has enough time to delete some things, it's a thing that has to be done manually. =3

Could you possibly request a staff member to clear it for you personally?

Changing your username that often is super expensive. oO I was only able to afford my ISS because I started selling paper star bracelets. I had been wanting to change my UN for two years before I was able to do it. I think I preferred Latte, tbh. ._.
