While I can always help my girlfriends out, and I have my opinions on this situation, I would like outside advice as well. Anything is appreciated. My guy friend is in his lat 20's, doesn't have a job, and basically doesn't DO anything, but the problem is that he keeps going back and forth between girls. He broke up with Ex # 1 because it was long distance, and he complains about her activity in bed. The breaks up, hooks up with 3 other girls, then meets Ex , LOVES hanging out with her and says they're 100% compatible, but she broke up with him and now wants him back, but he's back with Ex # 1 under false pretenses. This ex (which I do NOT think is healthy) demands that he erase ALL the female contacts he has on his cell, and whenever he gets a random txt or call she demands to know who it was, checks his computer and cell daily. He deletes and reinstalls on a constant basis and hides this from her when she's at work. Goes behind her back and chats occasionally with friends but lies about it. Now, Ex wants him back but doesn't know he's back with Ex but is involved with family issues which is also kindof true. He says he's still in love with Ex , and doesn't know what he wants to do but lives with Ex # 1 again.

What's the best answer for this situation.. mine, I just want to take my car and run him over for being a dumbass but that's just my humble opinion. I want him to just either pick one or just stay single.. -.-

I am assuming he wouldn't have a place to live if he got with ex . That's the only logical reason I can think of as to why he's still with her.

The relationship he's in right now is not healthy at all and he's a dumbass for putting up with such a controlling, crazy, girlfriend. He honestly can't be happy so why is he sticking around?

Tell him to gtfo!

I think he needs to break up with Ex for starters, and then he should just forget about both of the Ex's, and find a totally different girl, to get out of that mess of drama, which is apparently bothering his friends, and that should be enough to show him that something is wrong.

I'd stay out of it, myself. He's not gonna listen to ya on this lol. All it's gonna do is run up your blood pressure.

Sugah's advice is good.

If a guy is that much of a loser (sorry but by my terms that definition can stick) than you should just be there for him without offering advice.

How the guy gets any girl to put up with him, for not having a job at his age, well that alone is a miracle. Just let him hang and see if he can figure some of this out for himself.

haha thanks for the info everyone. Most of it was already what I was thinking and some I think he's just going to have to learn himself. -.- He always has the option of moving back in with the 'rents.

I think he really should give more thought to the relationship he's in now. It's obviously not stable, and his current girl obviously doesn't have enough trust in the relationship to keep from checking up on him. Either they need to have a serious talk and fix whatever problems are in there or he needs to leave her for good. If he's a good guy, he doesn't deserve that kind of overprotective treatment. It sounds like this other girl (ex ) is the best choice out of the two of them. He might want to consider staying single for a while, though, just to let the air clear before hopping right into another relationship.

It's up to him to decide, of course, but there's nothing wrong with having your say in it. Let him know how you feel, and maybe that will help him make his decision.
