Well every time ive asked him to hang out he says he is busy! He has been to my house but idk what to do.

Okay, so sophomore in high school, that would make you about 15 or 16. I honestly can't condone very much action here considering your age and the maturity level you displayed based on your reaction to the ass grabbing.

If you want to go further with him, you communicate that with him. If you find yourself too embarrassed to do so, it means you aren't ready.

You may want more, but your maturity level says you may not be ready for such steps.

Maybe just tell him.. or if not, just keep waiting for the right time or just plan one day for just you and him.
