So there's this guy who I was talking to, I'd only met him and seen him a few times. He kept talking about sex and I told him no. Kept telling him no. Well, tonight he comes over and somehow convinced me it was okay. He used a condom and everything, but... I'm worried. I'm not and never have been on birth control. I JUST got done with my period. What should I do? Afterwards he left, it was my first time and for some reason I started to bleed bad.

Bleeding is normal for your first time.
As for everything else, as long as there was no hole or anything you should be fine (in the condom) if you are really nervous, they make a day after pill. Youll feel like hell but its better then nothing. (think of having your period all in one day) Right after your period, is also pretty safe. (and if you do take the pill, it wont hurt as much, theres a lot less for it to take care of.

IF this i s too graphic let me know and ill edit

If you're really that worried, call your doctor and make an appointment. I'm sure they'll be able to help a lot more than people on subeta.

I don't have a doctor. Or money.

I agree- talk to your doctor. They can't do much though, unless they think that you might be pregnant- but it takes a few weeks for your body to register it. Or if you have an STI.

Plus, why would you have sex with someone you barely met and that kept pressuring you?

ANYWAYS, did you 'feel' a condom? Did you see one or a wrapper in a trash can? Check, if you haven't already.

Hmm. Then perhaps go to a free clinic (try google if you don't know where to find a local clinic)? Even they'll be able to help.

I don't know! I feel like an idiot right now, okay? I told myself that that wasn't going to happen and I don't know why. But I did see the condom afterwards, but I mean.. I didn't see if it had an holes in it or not. I did see that there was stuff in it. And I'm even more worried about STD's but I don't know if there is anything you can do to prevent them in my situation right now. I'm a fucking idiot!

As was mentioned before, most girls bleed after the first time, as you usually wind up tearing your hymen (the part that made you physically a virgin).

There's little chance that you could get pregnant from it, but there is still a chance, there's always a chance. The only way to be 100% certain of not getting pregnant is not to have sex at all.

you didnt see a condom? Did you see a wrapper? Id think you would know, if you didnt use one.. (a lot more mess to clean up)

Take the morning after pill then. If you aren't sure, being safe is worth the uncomfortableness. If you are a minor, you may need a parent to get it (or have a sibling get it for you.)

As for an STD get tested. And for next time, go to a Gyno, and see if they think the pill is right for you.

As for the pressuring, I understand how that feels... I held up for a few months, then broke down... (I was older then you seem to be.) - The hymen isn't what makes you bleed. There is something else (slang term is cherry) that makes a bit of a mess...

I'm 20, 21 in a little over a month. I don't know WHY I allowed him to pressure me. I had told him no and that I wanted to be on the pill first and he pulled out the condom and said 'see it says it protects against pregnancy.' I did see the condom, just not closely. And the wrapper is in the trash. Afterwards, there was just a little white spot on my sheet.

Honestly? If this isn't a cry for attention, I want you to look into getting some therapy, if you're this easy to bed then I think you have issues.

Get the morning after pill, either at the nearest clinic or store.

I wish it was a cry for help. Thanks for making me feel better.

Moh, you&;re not an idiot. Everyone does something they&;re not proud of, you&;re not damned for life, don&;t worry about that.
Everyone&;s said what I could say, so..
I just hope you&;ll feel better about the predicament.

Thanks.. but I'm still an idiot. I truly can't even wrap my mind around it.

Sorry about my error. Did I mention Im blonde? xD The slang terms never worked well with me. :3

Oh, sorry I thought you were younger. Im 21 myself.

I understand how hard it is not to give into pressure sometimes, if you kinda want to anyway, but arent sure... Thats how my first time was.. I did have feelings for the dude, and I knew him for a bit, but I did feel guilty about something at the time, which pressed me into it... he ended up dragging me around for 9 months, I slept with him, then he left me. (classy)

For the record though, I think a good bit of peoples firsts are jerks >.< Unfortunately.

Ah geez. That sucks. First off... don't let anyone take advantage of you like that. If they can't respect your wishes, you need to forget about them and move on to someone else. That was wrong of him to push you into doing that. As for the bleeding... that could mean that your hymen broke. I remember when mine broke... I could've sworn I had started my period, but I later found out that wasn't the case. Your hymen doesn't have to break on your first time... it could break after multiple times, or even before you have sex if you're doing something that would cause it to break. It's perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. If he wore a condom, I'd say you're safe... but if you see any signs that you might be pregnant, take a test and don't ignore it. If you are pregnant, you need to get the proper help and attention for it... don't let it go without telling someone.
