That's the Maid and Butler Costume Trunk. It's one of the Trunks you can choose from when you open a Mysterious Costume Trunk (Cash Shop or to buy from another user) ~ after choosing the Trunk you can decide between the female and the male version and then you'll receive all the items from the set. :)
