i haven't been on here in like a year and i don't get some stuff.

1. if i want a mystical plushie to get more pet spaces, do i have to have a gold account activated when i use the plushies? i already have 10 pets

2. what are achievements for?

3. when i go to preferences then site preferences, right under where it says site preferences it says the f word and has a smiley face next to it. um wth is that?

Yes.

To feel like you've achieved something? :P You get them for doing specific things around the site. Click the number you have under your post count and you will see what you need to do. Some of them of tiers as well, which mean they just expand into needing more of whatever you did to get the first one.

Likely means you have your 'Bad-Word Filter' disabled. Enable it and it'll say something a little nicer. :P
