To get an item I should have gotten but a glitch made me not get it from the Lizard Minion random event?

I believe someone else already filed a ticket about the same problem and was told to report it in the Problems & Bugs forum, so I'm guessing filing a ticket wouldn't help much, but it's really up to you. :)

I would just add yourself to the growing list here and hope they fix it soon :( It's been fixed once already, but still seems to have problems.

Filing a ticket won't help because it is a programming issue.
