I had a 250 wizard point token in my inventory, and it seems to have vanished. It's not in my shop or in my vault and I haven't moved it out of my inventory. What's happened to it, how can I get it back, if I can get it back? What should I do?

Should I file a ticket? Someone said something about that, but I'm not sure how to do that. n.n;

Just click the "Help" link on the side of the page and you can file a ticket from there.

You can find the ticket center by clicking help on the sidebar. It's under News.

What happens then once you file a ticket? Do you actually get the item returned or they basically just say sorry for the inconvenience?

A staff member responds to your ticket and you describe what the problem is to them and they would try helping you in any way possible.

That would depend on whether the staff member who answers the ticket is actually able to find out where the item went and what happened to it. If it's traceable and not a mistake on your part (like you accidentally donated it and hadn't realised) then they'll return it.

it's been my experience that they're very, very helpful and efficient.
