I use mine for practicing and stuff, but it'll never replace good ol' pencil and paper.

My tablet is that kind too. After using it for a while drawing with a pencil became blah I had always wanted one and it really is amazing!

Despite what has been said, you will get much much worse before you get any better with a tablet. Try to be patient, you'll get the hang of it :)
