I dunno but I am so excited. :D I wasnt before but now I am because the trailer convinced me its going to be good. (though if it isnt I am going to lol cuz I is sher fan anyway)

Will this be a good movie? Well it's elementary, my dears...
...I just don't rightly know. D: I've never read any of the Sherlock Holmes books, but I imagine it'll be NOTHING like the books, considering book-to-movie adaptations these days. (Although Watchmen WAS pretty impressive with its accuracy.) I'll watch it for the sake of getting out of the house, really. :0

And this is the first that poor David is hearing about it (and great poor David is back to referring to himself in third person again).
And if you read a majority of the stories you know holmes has always been able to do more than he is portrayed as doing.
The movie version just wanted to modernize him a bit and actually give in to some of the things he is capable of doing.
looks interesting, if not rediculous :P my friend (who is literally a die-hard holmes fan.) has been having a fit about this ever since she heard robert downey jr. was cast XD after seeing the trailer, i think i have to agree....
I can't wait to see this actually. Robert Downey Jr. is a good actor, imo. Plus I love the setting and how the movie seems to be filmed. (;
That looks interesting. I kind of want to see it but then again I don't. I'm not a fan of Robert Downey Jr. so that weighs in heavily for me. Might just wait until it's on HBO or something.

Ugh. First the Star Trek movie. Now this crap. It's like every fandom I have is getting a movie that's nothing like the source material.
Next I guess there'll be a Sandman movie with Paulie Shore as Morpheus.
