I suppose this is a very n00b question but...

I know SubetaHQ has userlookup designs as well as shop layouts that can be used but are there other good sites to check out as well?

Also does subbie use standard html/css coding where i could just mess with some to get what I might want?

I'm not sure about off-site links though. As long as it's appropriate and fitting to PG-13, I think it'd be fine.
