I'm the current owner of a cult called the HA Rebellion (we've a forum here) and basically, it opposes Chic and Subetan Runway in 2 ways. First off, we don't require an application. That's just silly to me...;D Secondly, we won't judge you so much on your fashion sense as we will on your interest in making HA's.

We're not incredibly large as far as members go (I do want to keep this as more of a community and not a whole city of people..o-o) -- we've got around 40 people at the moment?xD Somewhere around there. So basically, if you're literate and enjoy making HA's just because you like doing that, then you're welcome to sign up. We've tons of giveaways going on right now and nearly 10million in our bank.:3
