Something to do with changing your screenname?

I was curious about this before I knew it existed... because a buddy on my list was one day someone different.

Yes its an item.. Identity Star Shuriken. It allows you to change your username.

You can buy it either from the Cash Shop or from another user. I used one recently myself.
