Some people are saying it's kind of...messed up. Is there something I need to take off? or Is my HA fine as is?

It's just kind of all over the place and there's no real color scheme. Plus you're using a lot of items from the same set, which might make people think it's unoriginal and not well thought out. Firstly I'd ditch the butt bow and the rose and the glasses and the hairtie from the shaman set and the ears and hat look weird with the hair. Maybe try to build off of the green belt and the pants/scarf!

Right now I'd probably give you a 5/10, but I think it has potential! Keep trying :)
