Random Event You notice an odd Aircraft flying overhead, and realise that Calvin Blackmoon's flag is painted on the side. I wonder what he's doing flying around...

Actually it' his enemy (the 'good' guy) that taxes you. His name is Sebastian Phoenix. ^_^
