Haha... I love the accents. D: Anyways, I was reading about it on wikipedia. I NEVER KNEW THERE WHERE SO MANY GROUPS. :0 And that all but 20 languages were endangered. Though, I was suprised that I didn't find in Orential-like groups... I saw someone who was Australian (The girl who plays Violet in the movie of Unfortanent Events), and I assumed there was Asain-like groups there, since it is rather close to Asia. X3 Though, now I wonder what the girl is. xD Lol. I figured her family could have just moved there, butyeah. P: (I knew they have like, a lot of groups of people and such.)
ANYWAYS. I guess with the title, does anyone have interasting stories about Australia? C: Or have you read something you didn't know about a country?
I love their accents as well. I'm such a nerd. ;-;
I was reading this book about Ancient Egypt the other day and learned quite a few new things, though. :o
I'd so love to visit Australia. I'm just not a fan of all of the insects that inhabit there. xD It does look really beautiful though. .. Pity it would take me 22 hours to arrive.
And yes, the accents are fantastic. :P
The accents are nice X3 I've never been there though, no interesting stories to tell :3
Cleared by staff, oversized
Their accents are decent.
I has some friends in Australia. Met them onlineXD
I like the accents as long as they're not high-pitched ;)
I'd like to go there, if is wasn't for the heat...I'd have to go during winter :P My uncle used to live over there DJing, he seemed to love it. And I love the Aussie sense of humour ;)

I prefer the New Zealand accent over the Australian accent ;)
Australia is cool though. Would love to travel there!
I wish I had their accents. ;~; I have some online friends from Australia, though. :0
i've been to australia twice. it's pretty cool there, although not a fan of the heat or dryness, 11 days of nosebleeds? no thanks.
Haha. I live in Australia, the Blue Mountains to be exacted. Which is about an hours drive from Sydney. We have loads of wildlife here, I mean I get snakes/guano's/wallabies/foxes all the time in my backyard. I live in an area that is in the middle of the bush I guess you could say c:
We don't have accents xD I've lived here all my life and can't say its that exciting. Cow tipping is pretty fun tho.
The wildlife in Australia is awesome.
We have some pretty deadly ones though, like the Funnel Web Spider, King Brown Snake, and Drop Bears.
I live in Australia, nice and sunny everyday, lots of wildlife too. Everyone is quite laid back, I definately reccommend visiting to outsiders.
Groups? Like Aborigines?
And I assume by 'no Asians' you mean indigenous ones haha.
Personally I think our accents are boganly uncultured.
HONOES DROP BEARS R LETHAL
DIOR- Have you ever seen a Drop bear?
So scary :(
heheh I agree about our accents.
Oh hell no!
They're real. Frightfully real.
Next to the King Brown, it makes it look like a fuzzy little catapiller. They're mean, and vicious.
shudder
psh.
people's fascination with australia fascinates me.
lol@the comment about australia being a shithole. It's actually quite nice here (compared to say, china and some parts of LA (went there two weeks ago)), but the cities are pretty scary night.. imo anyway. o.o;
Melbourne rocks though, I love the city here.
On the topic of accents, you can hear mine on my profile. xD I don't have animals near me though, as I said. Live in the middle of suburbia. D:
