how long does it take to push the billboard through? *so how long will it take between create your ad button and it actually being there?

It depends on the staff member who's in charge of the billboards. Should take less than a day.

Usually less than 24 hours, from what I hear. When I submitted one, I did it before I went to bed, and woke up to an approval message. The exact time will vary depending on who is available to approve/reject - Might be slower on weekends.
