How long has it been wearable or is it just recently?

Must be fairly recent.. and this makes me joygasm! Was hoping this hadn't been overlooked when it had been retired from the clothing rack ages ago.. and then brought back as a holiday shop item :D

Yeah I'm usually pretty on the ball with updating wearables on HQ runs to do that now
