I can either keep the species what they are, or I can change them into something else (if the elixir is cheap enough, I spent all my sp on the potion XD).

I'd use it on Oban. The Glacier Montres are pretty nice, and he already has a well-suited minion. :3

If you want to keep the species of your Pets as they are I'd definitely say Lyricois or Oban ~ the others (Feli, Sheeta and Celinox) I am not really fond of in Glacier. ^^;;

I sort of like the Glacier Feli myself, but I'm leaning toward leaving Cait the color she or turning her into a twilight Feli (because of it's color pattern).

Oban or Cait Sith. Preferably Cait. Seriously. Don't get a glacier sheeta. All you see is their huge rear end and a tiny bit of their face.
