Im going to the dentist today and, like always, im totally terrified of them. I have to get my last baby tooth pulled and i always get scared when they do that. When they pull out the plyers and i see my blood dripping out of my mouth i cant help but get scared. I dont like looking at a lot of blood.

And on another note, i hate when they check for cavities. I have no way of knowing what they feel like before you get them drilled since i have never had one. But i have been eating a lot more sweets than usual and im worried. There isnt any pain, but yet, i still cant tell. Any advice for me? I leave for the dentist in 2 hours. Give me all the advice you can, please. :)

Personally, and I’m not being rude, but all I can say is suck it up xD

I mean, look at it this way, you might experience some pain, but you won’t die, right?

I totally understand how you feel. I am scared shitless of the dentist, but sucking it up is the only thing that we can do, ya know?

Either way, good luck and I hope it isn’t too bad for you!

Just don't look at it. Close your eyes and breath slowly and evenly. Tell them your fears - most dentists and their assistants are totally understanding about things like that. If you're worried about pain, take an advil/tylenol or some other pain reliever a half hour before you go. Just remember, it will be over in no time. You'll do fine. hugs

Even if you do eat a lot of sweets, you should be fine as long as you take care of your teeth, and floss OFTEN! :x that is my weakness, haha flossing sucks. D:
