I just fought 100 of them and its really late here. (Is sleepy) I just want to know time they usually come back... Unless its completely random. Dx

They'll be back whenever staff decides to put some more in there. I think usually they come back for a couple of rounds after the initial release and then they wait a few months before putting more in.
