Is there anyway to tell how long your pets have left in the resort? I just started a job and won't be around much for a while. So I want to make sure they are taken care of, but I can't remember how long ago I put them in the resort exactly and when it is time for them to come out.

Nope, sadly. :( There's no way to tell how much time your pets have left in the resort. You'll have to calculate it yourself unless Keith and co decide to overhault the resort.
