Because I use IE in the day I can't get to the trades, stocks and see item descriptions. I have been getting this message today is this another IE issue.

This message means that you did refresh the Blackheart Hollow page too often. I'm not sure about how often one may refresh, but it's only a few times within an hour. After this you are kind of "banned" for a while from that page (i.e. this message won't go no matter how often you refresh). Just wait a while before checking again.

Thanks, I didn't know there was a limit on refreshing.
