Just a question in regards to the Mage Tome Recipient achievement - do you have to give him a specific type of amulet or is it random? I've tried twice and he gave me very junky items u_u

I believe it is randomly given to you by the Mage.

I've turned in about 10 amulets so far and haven't gotten it yet. It's random. Hopefully you'll have better luck than me.

I got it on the first try but sometimes it doesn't happen the way we want to.

i got it my second try I ahve gotten about three tomes from him

Well, my luck in the past two days has been awesome... I'll give the Mage another try.

EDIT: 7 shards, then I finally got that achievement.

its random and yes i have many hate-able shards residing in my vault due to this randomness
