Some one on neopets got their accoutn hacked in to and they said it was from this account - how do you prevent your self from getting hacked

I don't see how its possible to have a Neo account hacked from here. You can't believe everything people say. Just be smart about your password and use a PIN if you want a little extra security.

i dont use the same PW..he thinks that a keylogger from this SITE hacked in to his neopets account - i dont want to be over paranoid but i am lol

I know Subeta has been hacked before, but I really highly doubt that there is a keylogger on the site stealing Neopets accounts. That made me lol out loud xD

I don't know why, but I've noticed that in general, Neopets people seem to hate Subeta without even giving it a chance. That guy is probably just bullshitting, or he's trying to lay blame somewhere without knowing what really happened.

I've never had anything happen to me on Subeta, but I've been cookie grabbed at least twice on Neopets on-site in peoples' shops/ULs. I feel way more secure here.

No site is 100% safe, but I feel very secure about my Subeta account. Keith and the others go out of their way to make certain that this site is as safe as possible. Just use good common sense and you should be just fine. I'd be a lot more paranoid about Neo, personally.

Edit: Also, you need to keep in mind tha there, as opposed to Neo, you can't just make account after account to break rules and get frozen, then made a new account. Here, you have to wait a year before making another account. Therefore, a lot of bitter people from here will go to other sites to badmouth and try to spread lies about Subeta.

A few months ago, someone malevolent posted Neopets cookie grabbers here.

The user was probably CGed, not hacked.

This issue was resolved a few months back, so don't worry
