so just wondering if anyone else gets like this!

My FAVOURITE ARTIST EVER just recently opened commissions. Obviously I jizzed my pants, commented her saying I would buy one from her but I needed to think over which characters I wanted to toss her way (this was on livejournal, not deviant art just fyi.)

Then I actually stopped to think, and was like, omg I'm so nervous my characters are so dumb she's going to think I'm a retard

hahaha I feel so dumb, but I'm actually NERVOUS about commissioning someone. So stupid. Just wondering if anyone else gets scared about commissioning someone they really, really admire?

(And on that note, TELL ME WHICH ONE OF MY CHARACTERS I SHOULD THROW AT HER. I really don't know.)

I usually get nervous, so I just show them my whole PB and let them choose who they want to draw.

Yeah, you could let her choose from maybe a handful that you're leaning towards. n_n Sometimes if there are too many links for me to click on, I get bored and just choose a random one.

Seriously though, you've got nothing to worry about. :B Your characters look way fun to draw.

^ What the above two said. That way the artist'll pick out the one she'll like the best and enjoy drawing the char. (Which imo works out better for both of you)

Tough I like Mr. C. Lewis I agree, and would let her choose.
