My friend is quitting subeta, and he wants to send me all of his stuff because he wont be using it anyway.

is this against the rules?

Nope, it's perfectly alright, a lot of people do that here when they quit.

Unless you were using the same computer/IP in which case you shouldn't be sending free stuff to each other it's perfectly fine.

Think it is OK

If you're on the same IP just send in a quick ticket (should of been done at the creation of the second/+/ account) and that'll clear up any suspicion.
