You can't add them by yourself. You'll need to have them added by other users.

ok, but somebody already sent me a sticker, earlier, but that sticker was just in my inventory 0_o

They didn't select right correct option then.

You can send a buddy a sticker, which will put it in their inventory or there's an option to stick in their sticker album.
