If you are asking about the wizard exchange all it does is put your tokens in a more user friendly form. For example if you turn in 10 10 point wiz tokens you will receive 1 100 point wiz token.

Check the prices on the Shop Search. One 100 point Wizard Token probably will sell for more than ten 10 point wizard tokens, especially right now when there's been a recent Token Shop restock.

You might want to save them for a while. When the token shop restocks it is worth it to buy something. But then again, I have gotten some really expensive things using the vending machines.

Personally, I always wait until I earn a 1000 point token. xD;; However, always do a little research and math so you make the best profit.
