You can get the artifical prism chalice for 750k at the Millionaire Center located in Centropolis.

Don't worry, it's pretty easy to make sP here. You could do Item Hunt quests every day for a couple weeks to save up for one, or you could try restocking or other quests if you'd like :)

You also need a bucket of frozen polar water (or however it goes) to complete the potion.
