I checked wikibeta, and it said the Grave Digger machine gives them, but I've been trying for a while now, and all I'm getting are elixers and graveyard items. Help plx?

I think any vending machine that gives out clothes gives out accessories... It's probably not so much about a shop name as the fact they are wearable.

Celebration Gift and Ocean Depths are the best for giving out clothing in my experience, but Frosty Claw is supposed to give clothes as well.

(If you are looking for the newest items, rumor has it Celebration Gift is the best.)
