does it ever have a restock

Yes, it restocks whenever the staff feels like it. New restocks or huge ones are usually posted on the news, but sometimes the Token Shop stocks secretly. ;)

Janet's right, and the thing to remember when you're hoping for a restock is that the items are supposed to be rare, so they aren't going to happen very often. Usually when a new item appears it restocks 3-5 times that day and into the next, but then that's it for a while. Sometimes they release more a little later, sometimes they don't, and if you're waiting for something like a potion restock it can take months to happen.

Basically check when you remember to or when you see a news post, don't sit there refreshing day after day :)

Usually people will make a post in General Discussion if it does stock secretly.
