:p Okay, so I got up this morning.. feeling completely spontaneous, I thought I'd drive a few states over and visit some friends and go sight-seeing p:
So I was looking at car rental feels.. And I realized, they charge $14 dollars more per day, if you're age 21-24, than do do for drivers 25+ :s xD For people 18-20, they don't even allow you to rent online xD Gee.. that's fair :p I guess people my age get in more accidents xD
Or, have you ever just felt like doing something completely spontaneous?

Happens to me all the time at movie theaters. I get why kids six and under are free, but why are student prices and adult prices different? Why not just charge everyone the highest price? xP
Drive a few states over? Wouldn't that take all day? :/
I love spontaneous trips, when we can afford it. So, did you get to go on your trip after all?
I looked in to how much it would cost for me to rent a car in France last year. I couldn't rent one because I'm under 25 :( It might also have something to do with the fact that they drive on the wrong other side of the road.
LIN. Omg if you do coke reward points, you can get discounts on some car rental place. Just sayin'.

Yea it is just about age. They think older is safer. Not saying it is or isnt but thats what the companys think.
Aaaaaawwww. I look way older for my age so I'm never discriminated.
That's why you rent a U-Haul!! Then you can sleep in the back too.

Sniper beat me to it, I was just gonna say automobile insurance is more expensive, too. As much as I hate writing that check out, I know I do get it pretty easy in other ways--for example, it's a lot easier to qualify for health insurance when you're young.
Cleared by staff. Too tall.
