how come whenever i go to the token shop, nothing is ever stocked?

Because it rarely ever restocks, and when it does it only restocks a limited number of items. The items it sells are supposed to remain rare and valuable, so things like potions restock once in a matter of months, and new items only restock a few times the day they come out, and then may not restock again for weeks.

When new items are first released in the Token Shop there is usually a news post, and there's normally a news post for large restocks. Sometimes though it will restock without warning, but like I said, it can take days, weeks or even months in between.

It stocks less often than other shops. The Token Shop only stocks when the staff feels like it. Usually a new item or restock will be posted on the news, but sometimes it just stocks without warning.
