Here's another one of my movie-based roleplays. If you haven't seen The Invisible, that's alright. It's only vaguely based off the movie, and I'll give all the necessary information. This is sort of a high school roleplay, as well.

Recently in the halls of school, there has been a rumor that one of the students may have run away, been injured, or worse -- killed. It was confirmed this morning over the school announcements that Nick Powell is missing, and there have been investigations. They tell everyone to stay safe, and not to look for him for their own safety; they have no idea what has happened. Annie Newton, however, is well aware of what has happened. She's the bad seed of the school, and has been put in jail until they are sure she had nothing to do with it. Annie and Nick will not be roleplayed.

Here are some of the character standings that will be necessary to have this roleplay work...

• friends of the two
• witnesses (not of the actual crime, but let's say if Nick left somewhere, and saw someone else following him before he disappeared, etc; no story has to be cohesive, since nothing is every planned out perfectly in real life)
• detectives
• police
• school faculty
• family members of the two

the roleplay will begin after there are a solid number of people in the roleplay

MOST IMPORTANTLY...

1. Do not at all roleplay Annie or Nick; roleplay your own characters, and only them. If there is an undefined character, you may roleplay them.
2. No godmoding.
3. Try to follow the basic plotline; there's someone missing, and there can be MILD romance but there realistically should be 1% at most.
4. Violence and accusations are recommended; people are stressed out, tension is high.
5. Try to create multiple characters to help this start off quicker.

I'll post my characters after I know at least one person is interested. I'm joining as one of Nick's best friends, and then the younger sister of Nick's best friend. I will also play a detective.
