yaaayyy it was 30C (86F) today, and no we don't have air conditioning.
And my father is upstairs puking his guts out, at ...3AM in the morning isn't life just grand.
How do you go about de-stressing yourself late at night/early in the morning?

I usually just blay in bed and think about sleep, or I play some music (soft music)

I do stretches and listen to a sound cd- usually rainstorm. I also make sure I can't see any light because it is something that distracts my meditation.
O.O What do you need air conditioning for when it's only 86 degrees? That seems like good weather to me. . .
:X guess i'll have to try soothing music next time I get stressed.
Ah 86F is ridiculously hot for me, it doesn't get much hotter than that where i'm from, i'm more comfortable with 50F-59F, plus it only stopped snowing a couple of weeks ago, (usual winter temperature here is -4F to 32F, but it does get to about -40F on some days,) haha so I guess my body hasn't done the transition to summer temperature yet?

my dad broke his wrist and had surgery on it yesterday.
well his mother thinks he needs to be babied and she hasnt left!
She woke me up at 5:30 am (my bus comes at 6:30) and thenshe kept following me around the house!

I take a shower. I always feel unclean when I've been up all night and can't relax if I don't feel cool and calm. A cold shower is always good :D I really like them.
Other than that, stretching exercises and reading. Maybe some tea.
