By the looks of it, she survived by laying between the rails, not on them. The train simply went over her.

Can you imagine what the train looked like from her perspective? Lol. All kidding aside though, I'm glad she's getting the help she obviously needs. I don't think anyone in their right mind would do that... ever.

If not, she must be crazy.

However, I think maybe she went to commit suicide, and chickened out at the last minute thinking maybe she could go under the train?
