But yeah, my cat is dog friendly as well, it's rare but it happens, our old cat was the same. Also she doesn't wake up when we walk by all the time. Why would she? she's asleep, would you wake up from just the sound of someone walking by? Walking by isn't that loud. And my cat does sometimes try to get her tail. Your cat isn't retarded it's just unusually friendly for a cat. That or my cat is also retarded and I don't appreciate you calling my cat retarded.
