will we still be able to get the item from random event of that lizard thing if we manage to get the item from it but my items in inventory is 100? as sometimes I forgot to put my restock items in shops if those items are few sP only when restocking too much. thanks in advance

You'll still get the item even if you have 100 items in your inventory. Inventories can go above 100 items, you just wont be able to see all of the items.
