Vala has 438 Intelligence. Of that she has read 405 books. She has 26 alchemy points. According to her intellgence, she should have 27 alchemy points. So I gave her a book to read. And she didn't gain any.

What did I do wrong? Do I have to read it to her right at the 16x mark? I figured if I went past the 432 mark and then read her the book I would then gain the missing alchemy point.

Help is greatly appreciated as she is getting expensive to read to and stat raisers are more cost effective for her intelligence wise.

Ummmm...It's 1 point every 16 books. But it won't give you the point if you are just using stat raisers. I don't think you understood the question. :/

I think you have to get to the 16th Interval of Intelligence via book to get the missing AP, If that fails, try logging a ticket :)
