is 250,000 a good price to buy one?

I didn't pay over 100K for any of mine.

You can get black candy bars for free by playing Random. The only reason they're so expensive in the first place is that people bought them all/hoarded them to resell at ridiculous prices after the achievement came out. 250k is a lot of money for a black candy bar, in my opinion--someone was buying them for 60k a pop in the Wanted forums the other day.

But then again, it all depends on how badly you want them :).
