can anyone tell me what the new books (with backrounds) are called?

You can check out the new books in the Item directory building in Centropolis. Just go into the building, then click on order by time, and then click to the last page. As for which are wearable, I don't know, subetaHQ doesn't have them yet and I have seen anything in the HA forum yet either.

Also you can hover your mouse over them and their name and information should pop up. :)
