i've been coloring my hair about five years now. i have also been cutting my own hair for about that long. it's been almost every natural color known to man, i did my first unnatural about a month ago. also, i did black the first time about three months ago. i've been getting sick of recoloring the streak hot pink (they fade fast!). so next time, i'm probably going to do an all-over color. i need help picking a good color for my skin tone and whatnot.

oh, and i also need a haircut. any suggestions on that one?

i really don't know, i would go with more of a longer bang and maybe some red highlights? either that or go the Finn's way, "Just cut it all off" a brown or a darkish red would go nice. on you. i'm not really any help on haircuts.
