I love my new art but can't get it centered, help?

It's for picture I would like to add to my siggy, similar to the picture attached to your post.

^_^ Yes! Thank you... is there a way to shrink big images down to smaller ones because the person who drew the picture for me, hand drew it and scanned it, but it's huge on the site... is there a way to code it smaller?

blah. i know there is... but i am not positive what it is. if you want i can scale it down in a paint program if you want, all i need is the url of the picture.

or you can upload it to someplace like tinypic and they have a scaling down option when you upload it.
