I have been waiting over 2 hours for a response to a ticket I had to open. I purchased Cash shop credits through PayPal and did not receive the credits. My PayPal account confirms the transaction was completed and my personal bank account was charged. How long should I have to wait for some sort of acknowledgment? Since this concerns USD, I am getting a little testy. Should I contact PayPal and reverse the transaction?
The staff is really good here. I'm sure they will get to it when they can. Give it a day or so. I doubt they check the tickets 24 hours a day.
