Why don't you try posting in the buying thread and you can try haggling with anyone who might want to sell. That would probably be your cheapest and best bet.

160-175 if pure, 180-200 if in items.

The DGR has been in the frag shop a few times, that's where I got mine... If by 'bow' you mean Shinwas Sacred Bow then I disagree. They shouldn't be the same price. :P Even with duped ones on the site the bow is still much more rare.
Anyways, I'd say around 150M.

Assuming you mean Shinwas Sacred Bow there is NO reason for it to be close to the bow. There are 3 bows on site. There should be 26 DGR on site (25 via crystal shop, 1 via reading contest). And well the bow heals, and reflects dark, the rod just does a lot of dark :P So the 150m to 200m price tag is more than fair for the DGR.
