I want to just say that I think we may have one of the best ticket systems out there. The responses are pretty fast and the staff are nice and helpful. I just love that we have such great staff. I know I've heard others mention how great this is. I love that we're more of a family on this site then just a bunch of strangers like on others.

I love being able to know what's going on around the site instead of being left in the dark like on other sites.

I agree. They always answer me fast. And I just like knowing that I'm not going to sit there for days, wondering if an items is faux, or if I messed up my trade. :D
